But they are always clear and very obviously saliva. I wouldn't describe it as "foamy". I've never seen a baby do that before! We wiped them away and they just came back. Maybe a chemical from packaging? Was it serious foam or more like blowing raspberries? Once I'd wiped it away she did it maybe twice more but now we're home she's stopped. We've taken her temp and there's no fever. It is -4 here and it was windy so I'm wondering could it be a reaction to the wind? We'd wrapped her up warmly and put a winter cover over the top. She's 10 weeks. Any ideas what could have caused it? </p>
