I bought a used frame from Goodwill, then spray painted it gold. Then I hot glued the lace on the inside of the frame (you could do ribbon too!). Then I bought little hooks from Home Depot. My DH drilled little pilot holes into the bottom for me, then I just screwed them in! I hope that makes sense! It's not my own original idea.
