Only use them if you need help breaking up thick mucous. Even then, I prefer to just sit in a steamy bathroom with her, then use Nosefrida. I know how you feel too. My LOs first cold probably hurt me more than it hurt him. Like PPs, we used saline drops + nosefrida + humidifer.
