I wasn't quite sure where to put this...my almost nine month old is crawling and likes to rock back forth in his crib and he bangs his head against the crib slats, which leaves bruises.

Does anyone know if there any products available that I can use to cover the slats to protect his head? I found a bumper that wraps around each slat from Amazon, but its $120 to cover the whole crib, which seems a little expensive! Should I just buy some fleece and make them?

Any ideas?
