It affected fundal height measurements because it made my bump much smaller! So I had growth ultrasounds with both. And yet no dilation or effacement at my induction at 39 weeks. I swear he would have been at least a week late if he was allowed.<br /> LO2 dropped considerably around 38 weeks and arrived at 40+1. Since this is your second too, maybe 2 more weeks? Which would be better for baby girl anyway. Hang in there. She said that he was "way down there" and ready to go. But who knows what that means. I am 37 weeks today and about to have a crazy busy week at work. I'll be very ready for baby after this week... I did deliver early, but only because I was induced at that point because of pre-e. :P Considering the dilation, I wonder what would've happened if I didn't have pre-eclampsia??
