We have the FIT and I love it as well as a City Mini Double GT. Both are by Baby Jogger. They hold up well, are easy to collapse and durable.

I bought the mini GT for overseas travel, as well as the storage bag. Really love it, its a large pram that can carry a tall & heavy child, but it somehow still feels compact when you're walking with it. My only concern is the height of the bassinet/car seat - I haven't used either yet, but I do see them often and they do stick up quite high.

Here is a link to a video review and a chart that shows the differences. https://www.babygizmo.com/2012/02/baby-jogger-city-mini-2012-vs-city-mini-gt-comparison-video-and-chart/

Also - the wheels are a different style, not just size. The GT has air-filled tires versus a plastic wheel on the non-GT.

If by uneven paved you mean sidewalks or pavement which isn't perfectly flat, the Mini is fine for that. It wouldn't be great for gravel, sand, or snow.

Thanks everyone! So the only difference between the GT and the regular city mini is the size of the wheel? Would the regular mini be OK on an uneven paved path? I would rather not have to deal with the extra weight of the GT so trying to determine if it's worth it.

We have the GT and it's great. The sidewalks in our neighborhood are old and uneven, and it rolls well over them -- occasionally, we use our G-Luxe instead if we've already got it out and the difference in smoothness is huge. It's good at the park and even the beach, too. I guess I don't put much in the basket because I've never thought it was that small!

We have the City Mini and its great! We considered the GT as well but ended up getting a BOB for jogging so we didn't feel a need for a the more rugged, heavier GT.

I dont have the City mini, but I do have the Baby Jogger City Versa. I love it! I think the Versa has a little larger bottom basket than the Mini and 4 wheels instead of 3. I also have a Britax b Agile and I feel like the Baby Jogger steering is alot better. Plus there's the hand brake and huge canopy. If I didn't get the Britax car seat, I would have bought the regular City Mini.
As to which City Mini you should get I think that depends on what you'd be using it for. The GT would be appropriate if you'd be using it on unpaved ground alot. If you have a small car or don't have alot of storage space the Zip might be good.

We have the regular city mini and love it. I use it daily for walks. I love that it is so light and easy to fold with one hand and the large canopy to keep the sun off LO.

I love my City Mini GT. It rides well, steers easily and is lightweight and compact. I like the hand brake. The storage basket is small though.

I have the GT and although I didn't buy it as my jogger (I also found a used BOB Marathon), it actually does really well. Ideally, larger wheels are smoother for jogging, but having a fixed front wheel although more stable, is much harder to turn.

I use the GT almost daily and I absolutely love it.

I have the Citi Mini GT. I've been very happy with it, except for the storage space at the bottom. (It's hard to get into from the back, but I've found it is easier from the side.) It folds easily and I can lift it with one arm to get it into my SUV, which I can not do with some of my friend's strollers.

We do a fair amount of walking on dirt/poorly paved roads and having the air-filled tires has been great for that. I think that the tires are the main difference in the GT version.

DD is 7 months, and we don't have a proper stroller yet. We've been using a car seat frame stroller, but I think its time to get a real stroller. I'm considering the baby jogger city mini because I've heard its lightweight, and easily folds.

I went on the website, and it looks like there are several city mini baby jogger styles. Which one do you have, and would you recommend it?
