I have a good spread of kicks and punches. I believe right now they are punches around the pelvic bone, and kicks at the top/left. Baby tends to prefer that his/her back is on my right side for some reason. I went through a phase where I could feel them from the outside, but not the inside at the top (could be from nerve damage from a previous surgery). My OB wasn't concerned as long as I feel baby throughout the day.

i'm 30 weeks and they kick/punch/whatever, all over the place.but i'd say mostly upper-right belly ... but that's where their feet are.

@Mrsbells: I'm 30 weeks and I get the same thing. My baby has basically been in the same position since 12 weeks, head down/posterior. Perfect birthing position and I hope she stays that way. So I can tell the difference between her kicking me--usually at my belly button or on the sides mid-belly. Punches are low--she likes the Superman position so it always feels like she's punching my bladder.

At that point, the placenta is still pretty low (despite what our bellies may lead us to believe!) It's normal to feel kicks that low, but it wouldn't hurt to ask your OB the next time you go in!

Sometimes those kicks are punches! (Depending on how your baby is positioned)

I'm 29 weeks and my baby kicks low too, sometimes i feel kicks to my bladder, but she also kicks in the middle of my belly too. As long as the doctors are happy with what they have been seeing on the ultrasounds, I dont think there is any cause for concern.

I have a quick question- I am 23 weeks and I feel the baby kicking very often, but it is really low. I only feel her right around my pelvic bone. I have a good sized baby bump, but it seems that she hangs out way below it.

Is this normal? Just wondering where everyone else was feeling the baby kicking at!
