They didn't react to detergent with fragrance. Now I make our laundry detergent like the previous poster with Ivory, Borax and Super Washing Soda. I like eco-friendly stuff, and the fragrance doesn't seem to bother anyone in the family. I did use the Mrs. Meyers baby variety at first, and then used that for all our laundry.
