Same here, a little of whatever we are having, just not seasoned and mushed up a little more.

Last night we had Thai, so he got a pile if rice to play with, I mean eat.

Some of the typical ones we do are avacado, pasta, sweet potatoes, regular potatoes, the chunks of carrots, peas, and corn that come frozen, a piece of pizza or bread crust. We really haven't done much meat yet, but it's just a matter of time!

i just gave olive whatever we were eating. in the beginning it was really soft things like pasta.

with charlie, he didn't have any salt for well over a year. with olive, since we feed her what we eat, she eats some salt. but i do try to make our food much less salty now.

i introduced meat when she was 7-8 months? she's had fish, beef, pork, and chicken.

I read the book, and I'm still a little confused and I can't figure out what foods to give my daughter, besides veggies w/ no seasonings or salt on them.

For those that are doing BLW...
1. How did you decide to introduce new foods? Did you just give what you were eating?
3. What about salt and other seasonings - did you avoid them?
4. When did you introduce meat/seafood?
