@QueensBee: ha wish the house would solve your problem. We have a two story with two units. Upstairs could be one temp and downstairs another. So I too am constantly going up and down to change the temp. Ugg!

I have the motorola with 2 cameras too.
If she wants to see both rooms on the screen at the same time, I suggest getting a foscam.

Have the Motorola that @sunshineandsushi: mentioned for my twins. Works fine. Temp is there, but I don't pay attention to it.

Thanks, everyone!

I'll mention those options to her!

@beaker: We both live in NYC apartments and I have the same problem she does- sometimes the heat steams up through one radiator but not another. It's totally unpredictable in our place! So I am constantly checking the temp on our monitor because LO's room can start off at 72 and then climb up to 84 and back to 68 all in one night. And our living room might be a comfortable 75 while his room is reaching 85 and feeling like a sauna. I never know! I am always scurrying into the nursery to open a window, close a window, turn on the fan, etc. to try to keep the room more consistent and to try to keep him from waking up. Just another reason I can't wait to move into a house with my own thermostat!

We use the one that @beaker: uses. I don't really miss not having the temp.

My Motorola baby monitor does all this. I have two cameras set up for my twins. They're in the same room but you can have them set up in diff rooms. It also shows the temp, but I think it is off by a degree or two sometimes. I can see both cameras from the same monitor and just toggle back and forth between the two.

We have the summer infant video monitor which can scan between multiple cameras, but no temp display... Not sure why she wants that?

Hi all!

My close friend just had her second LO last week (yay!) and she now has "two under two." She texted me today asking which monitor system we have. Since I only have one LO, I'm not sure that my monitor will serve her purpose.

Specifically, she is looking for a monitor that has video control for two different rooms on one display and has temperature indicators for both rooms. I did a quick search online but couldn't find anything. Does this product exist? If not, what video monitors do you think work best for two different rooms?

Thanks so much!

(I'm trying to convince her to join HB so she can get all of the hives wonderful advice herself but she's got her hands full right now!)

ETA: I should add that she's extremely tech savvy so if there's anyway to set up an for iphone this purpose, she'd love that too.
