So i think she'll be fine getting them through my breast milk.</p> <p>I actually asked about Vitamin D drops at her 2 months because where we live there's a lack of sun days. She is EBF and we introduced solids at 6 months and switched to a multivitamin...Poly Vi Sol (I think it's made by Enfamil). It tastes terrible (I tried it) but she takes it fine. She has been getting vitamin D drops since birth, and the multi-vitamin was just prescribed. The amazon reviews said some things about the drops not tasting so great, so am not looking forward to the vitamin drops. Our pedi didnt have us give Liv any until her 12 month appt since she was EBF to 6.5 months. Now he prescribed one..something like Poly-V Sol or something? Ours has flouride in it since our drinking water here is de-flouridated. She HAAAAAAATES them.
