I've only been asked maybe 2-3 times in her whole 6.5 years of life whether it was because she was born on Christmas. Most people don't even think twice about it, and my daughter loves that there is a song with her name in it.</p> <p>I would never assume a girl named April was born in April, or a girl named Autumn born in fall. And if I did, I think I'd quickly associate the name with the little girl rather than the month/season. I have a friend who named her daughter Aaliyah (with a diff spelling). In the beginning, I did briefly think of the singer, but it quickly became a name I associated more with that little girl than anything else. </p> <p>Anyway, all that to say, I obviously love the name Noelle, and I wouldn't think twice about using that name for a non-Christmas baby.
