I started giving him a prune a day and we are now back to 1 poop a day. She would only go every 3-4 days. Now she goes 1-2 times a day! Most notably, she only goes once every 4-5 days and it's really thick - almost muddy looking. I know the length between poops isn't a big deal and is pretty normal since she's not straining or uncomfortable - but I've come to fear the day when it does happen since it's usually one massive, huge, gross mess that completely fills her diaper (and usually shoots out of it, too).</p> <p>When your LO switched to solids did you have a similar experience and did their schedule ever go back to once every day or so? How long were the poops weird? Am I just in denial that this is the new norm? :) </p>
