When she comes out of the bath, her skin has oil on it and we rub it in before putting her pjs on. No stains as far as I could tell. But I used baby oil on my LO's scalp every day for over a year since it used to be very dry. Mostly I just use the oil on her feet and hands, but sometimes on her body too. I haven't noticed any staining.
