It was SUCH a waste of time and so frustrating. BRU has pretty terrible customer service and I found that they were out of stock on a lot of items that I had had on my registry. I ended up doing about 90% on the Amazon registry because of this. Anyway, all that to say, BBB all the way! </p> <p>Also, I did almost all of the registry online, but there were some things I wanted to see in person with DH. So I made a list of what I wanted to check out in person with all my options. That way, I had a game plan and we weren't just wandering around. However, I know his patience is going to be lower in general, so I'd rather not have to fill out our name and stuff there.
