We just were more stubborn than him. We also found a pair of shoes he wanted to put on (we took him shopping with us). After that he loves shoes. Boots are hard to put on in general. But he hates anything to do with shoes, and I've never been fully successful on getting a pair on. By the time I get one on and start the 15 minute process on the other foot, he pulls it off. We have a pair of Minnetonka booties and a pair of slipper-like boots from Gap that currently fit, but I cannot figure out how to get them on correctly. And he hates them. Any suggestions? He's 8 months and walks on his toes terribly. At the first sign of shoes, he points his toes so hard, it's impossible to get them on. Should I let it go? </p>
