I found packages of 3 onesies at Winners here in Canada (so maybe you can find them at TJ Maxx or Marshalls?) for $3.99 each. I think I bought 8 of them? Then I picked up the heat bond and fabric markers from Walmart - $10 total? Lastly, for the fabric I just ordered fabric samples from <a href="http://www.tonicliving.com" rel="nofollow">http://www.tonicliving.com</a> for $1 each and used a 10% off coupon code that I found by googling. The samples were the perfect size and I made sure to order the most expensive fabrics! My shower hostesses also had a photo booth at my shower that was a ton of fun. I do think it's a good idea to have something to do.</p> <p>It was a HUGE hit when I hosted and we decorated onesies... and not with fabric glue and markers lol we made little appliqués and each one was SO cute. It can be an expensive activity though because onesies aren't cheap. The onesie decoration was relally fun and entertained people for a long time. It was also a coed shower so they had football on in the background and people just mingled and ate. Our first shower was really casual - just DH's family. We all just sat around and talked while eating dessert. Opening the presents also took a while - to take more time have the mom-to-be pass around the presents as she opens them. (My MIL made me stop doing this after a while, because it was taking too long!)</p> <p>I think the key is just to make people comfortable.
