You could do something similar with a picture frame. The other hostess I got another gift box with dried cherries, trail mix, etc. from the same local company. For example, I got my mom a really pretty bowl that I thought she would like when my SIL's hosted my shower at her house. Or if they like wine, you could do a nice bottle of wine with maybe some sort of wine accessory. Not sure what your budget is but if you can't think of anything last minute, a gift card to a restaurant they like is always appreciated. Although, I know some people hate to do gift cards.
