We're experiencing what I think is a cold related to teething here too. I've given a little bit of advil when she gets so miserable and tired and is obviously in pain, but other than that I don't have much advice. She seems particularly comfortable relaxing propped up on her boppy pillow so I've let her chill there most of the day. Basically just doing whatever works and praying that this passes soon.

@andreaon - thank you! that's true the "cold" could be linked to the teething. her teething seems worse this time around than the other two times (she already cut her top 2 teeth and her bottom 2 teeth).

She may be sick because she is teething. That used to happen to my LO for the first couple of teeth but she would also have a fever so I gave her Tylenol. You can steam up your bathroom by running the hot water, which will help with congestion. There is also baby vapo rub to put on her chest. And then clear out her nose periodically using something like the nose frida. Lots of hugs and kisses from mommy also works wonders!

This is the first time my baby's been sick... she has a runny nose and sniffles and sneezes here and there so no fever or anything like that. She's also starting to teethe again at the same time. What should I do to comfort her and make her feel better?
