I was originally expecting the order of appearance you find in many guides: central incisors (starting with the bottom), followed by side incisors. So far we have bottom central incisors and top side incisors and no top central incisors. At this point, I just keep singing to him "All I want for Christmas is my two front teeth". How about your baby's? Was it a general free-for-all or did they follow the published pattern? </p>
