You also don't know if you are going to have any issues conceiving until you try, as my husband always said, if you have issues when you're over 30, chances are high that you would have had issues at 20.

I don't know if you want my honest opinion or a feel good answer...so I really can't say too much more.

I think the phrase "don't count your chickens before they hatch" applies perfectly here! I wouldn't shake up your baby timeline just because there's a good chance you may get a job. Wait until you have confirmation, then you can start planning the rest.
P.S. I'm so curious what kind of "team" job you have.... (sorry, I'm nosey)

There's no perfect or right time to have a baby. Something will always in the way. You just have to go for it, and you'll figure out how to handle all your obsticles when the time comes.

We're feeling sort of confused right now about our baby timeline. While we've had baby fever for months and would LOVE to start tcc right now, we're not currently in the financial situation that I would consider stable enough for that to be a responsible decision.

However, we're right in the middle of applying for a job (we work as a team, hence the "we") that we'll likely get, and will make us much for financially secure. But we won't know if we're accepted for a few months yet.
The thing is, if we GET the job, it would be better to have the baby sooner rather than later because of our training commitments... so now we're even more confused.

If we start TCC now, and we get the job, everything is perfect and awesome.
But if we somehow don't get the job and we're pregnant, we're financially in a pickle.
And then on yet another hand, if we wait to get pregnant and we DO get the job, the timing would be fine for a baby but bad for pregnancy.

Is this too confusing? Sorry, I'm just as confused. Any thoughts?
