Not terribly comfy. I didn't wear it long though. It was discharged on the 6th day. I tried a sling probably around 2 months. I do not recall have any discomfort and actually really enjoying it. I loved the moby! The key is to wear the baby in a wrap or sling until the incision is more healed.
