Part of that was due to un-diagnosed MSPI for the first four months, but her doctor also said that often big babies tend to drop a bit in the first year. </p> <p>DS was 10lbs 1oz and he stayed 80% for first six months and now at 11 months he's around 50%. He also had MSPI but it was diagnosed early on.
