All of my scans from 28-38 weeks showed good interval growth and that he as just growing on his own curve. I always knew it was a possibility that they would want to induce at some point but assumed that once I reached 36 wks it would be an induction rather than a c section. I knew by 36w that my cervix was favorable, too. I'm not sure if there is a cut off, but I think in general 34+ wkrs do well with vaginal births. I'm 29 weeks and hoping to hold out as long as possible. We'll see what the ultrasounds say! </p> <p>My high risk doc did say they usually do C-sections for IUGR.... but i would prefer not to if possible.
