My oldest fights me but he eventually lets me use it on him. My youngest is started to not like it but he'll let me use it for now... She was all, ugh, it's so gross! So I took it off. Flash forward to LO's first cold two weeks ago and our aspirator from the hospital broke (like, split in half) and didn't work that well anyway. I ended up paying for Amazon to ship me a NoseFrida overnight and I'm so glad I did. We are going to get our money's worth out of that thing! It's awesome.
