&#60;p&#62;Hope she feels better soon.  Also, you may want to try a dose or two of Motrin to see if the fever responds better to that.&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;Remember a fever is just a sign of fighting infection so as long as its controlled it may not be an issue, but I still agree its good to let your dr know.

<description>&#60;p&#62;LO has been feverish for a day...103, 100, 102.3, 101, 103. We have been giving her Tylenol along with her antibiotic for her ear infection. I'm starting to worry and will call her Dr. when they open at 7.
