I hate milk in general and when I asked him if he would taste it, he just stared at me and slowly backed out of the room.... :silly: </p> <p>@Mamaof2: a friend of mine mentioned this, as well.</p> <p>So, the baby drank the last bottle. Not sure if she was just starving and had to or if it tasted differently. My milk didn’t smell or taste soapy... it tasted METALLIC according to my SO. I couldn’t detect the metallic taste but it was obvious for him.<br /> My DD would drink my pumped milk fresh (up to 3 or 4 days in the fridge but would refuse all frozen milk.<br /> What we ended up doing was using Monday’s pumped milk for Tuesday’s feeds, etc. We would scald and freeze Friday’s milk to be used on Monday. She refused both bottles that she has been offered today. I smelled the milk after defrosting and it did not smell soapy or bad. </p> <p>I defrosted the milk overnight in the fridge and then ran cold water on the bags to defrost the rest of the way.</p> <p>Any tips for getting her to drink frozen milk when needed? Tips on how to defrost differently? </p>
