Then I feel okay spending a little bit more of "fun" or special occasion outfits or dresses. Honestly I don't usually spend more than $20 on those though. Basics I usually keep to 4-5 a piece. totally doable with a sale/coupons/ect. She's so hard on clothes that I hate to spend too much, especially play clothes knowing they will most likely end up trashed when she's done with them or she grows out of them so fast. </p> <p>I do spend more on shoes, specifically tennis shoes/daily shoes. I try to shoot for under $10 for any particular item. Less for basic onesies. If it's under $5 per piece (Top/Bottom) or $10 per romper I feel like I'm getting a good deal, and I buy it. Now that we're approaching 12+ sizing, I'm finding my $5 limit isn't cutting it anymore and I'm thinking of raising it.</p> <p>Do you set arbitrary spending limits on LO's clothes? If so, what are they? Or maybe you have a totally different philosophy, what is it? </p>
