Fresh squeezed OJ!). Take a nap and see a matinee movie with all the extras - (popcorn, Icee, AND candy!) Then do an appetizer/tapas style dinner somewhere with a nice bar. Then grab a hot drink and go see the lights. Build a fire, snuggle up, and hang out until you're sleepy.</p> <p>Then sleep in again! Go out to brunch again! Go find a "chop down your own tree" place and spend the afternoon trimming your tree. Take a nap! Go to Target to get more junk for the tree! Get that fire going again, reheat the Thanksgiving leftovers, and bake some cookies to make the house smell cozy. Watch Elf, go to bed.</p> <p>If you need more stuff...</p> <p>- Find an apple orchard, get fresh cider and cider donuts!<br /> - See if you can find day pass to a local athletic club or someplace with an indoor pool. Floating in a pool as a preggo feels AMAZING and you can dunk your legs while your hubby soaks in the hot tub.<br /> - Make reservations at a really great place for dinner. Honestly, I wouldn't have been up for much travel anyway!</p> <p>This weekend is finally free from plans and we just want to enjoy each other's company!! Any ideas of what we can do?? I was thinking of a drive through Christmas light display and that's as far as I can get........ We don't want to do a hotel because we'd have to board the dogs and DH is not into spa days (I had one a couple weeks ago). </p> <p>Thoughts?? </p>
