The funny thing is we both struggled to pull off the cover yesterday morning and after I left for work (he had the day off), he put the outlet cover back on... Grrrr

I HATE plug covers too.... Seriously, when I need to vacuum it's such a pain to pull those flippin things out.

We didn't super babyproof the whole house because she is the only LO right now and usually not out of our sight. She is 11.5 months and knows what NO means.

Oh I hate those covers too! So instead of using those, we replaced our outlets with these screw on ones - http://www.bedbathandbeyond.com/product.asp?sku=14878424&utm_source=google&utm_medium=cpc&gclid=CNmkl_iYw7UCFQLznAodQBUAMg - they're so much easier to access.

Haha and when we babyproofed, we also grandmaproofed our kitchen drawers. My mom still jumps every time she tries to open a drawer and it bangs after just one inch!

oh mannnn I hate those covers. Seriously, if you have short nails you end up getting it too far under your nail, the nail separates from the flesh and then it hurts for a week!!! Worst everrrr!!!!

If I were you I'd keep a flat-head screwdriver nearby to pry it off if you want to keep it on. But if it's up that high, will LO ever get close enough?? The chances of a shock are so low anyway, I'd just keep it off!!

So, DH babyproofed our house this weekend and he has also Mommyproofed our bathroom. He went crazy with outlet covers and covered the outlet in our bathroom (FYI- it's up high) where I plug in my hairdryer. The darn thing is near impossible to get out... does anyone have recommendations on outlet covers that don't break your nails when you try and pull them out?
