@Sparks: Good luck! Daytime naps are near impossible for me! By the time baby is situated and I usually start drifting off... she tends to wake up (she's a cat-napper) and I feel worse off than before. But I'm lucky she likes to sleep in late mornings!

@shopaholic - yeah that's what I'm afraid of! Definitely putting off some to-do's today and trying for a nap :)

Idk how to fix it, but I feel ya. It's 4:40 here and I've been up awhile waiting to feed the baby. Bit she's sleeping so well. Everyone just tells me " you won't sleep for 18 years!" :/

Well it's 3AM and even though the babe is sleeping I'm wide awake. Before pregnancy I was an awesome sleeper, no trouble falling asleep and staying that way until morning. Towards the end of pregnancy I was frequently wide-awake from about 3-5AM. I remember once thinking "I bet I'll actually sleep more after she's born and I can get in a comfortable position." Haha, what a silly thought. Now she's 5 months old and usually does a 7-9 hour stretch at night... but it's like my body has forgotten how to sleep. It takes forever to fall asleep, I wake up a bunch and have trouble falling asleep again. So frustrating to know she's in the other room asleep and I'm laying here wide awake!

Anybody else going through this? How long did it last? Any tips for better sleep? :)
