It also makes me sleep better/more comfortable. I have a Snuza Halo monitor that my LO wears when she sleeps...It will vibrate if she stops breathing to try to jar her back into breathing (like if it were SIDS related) and then if she hasn't moved in the next 5 seconds, it starts going off to alert us that she's not breathing. I am paranoid, I know! If it would have been a long time since she did it, we would have sent her to a course, but she renewed hers in 2011.</p> <p>I have youtubed Infant CPR incessantly, although I'm not certified. I finally found a class at a hospital in the next city that is to learn infant cpr, but is only $20 bc it's for people who don't need a CPR card, like parents.
