I've noticed it's creeping up in our area. And I would say it depends on the age of the sitter. The younger high school kids that watch our kids get $15/hr. My kids love her and she is the only one who can handle them both and put them to bed on her own. </p> <p>We only get her maybe once every 2 months bc it's pricey, but I pay her as much as possible to keep her happy and willing to come back! $15 hour plus round up plus a generous tip.
