Workman's comp laws vary by state. Nothing was mentioned about a fall when the sitter left their house, they just got a text around midnight from her in the hospital. Apparently, she dropped off workers comp papers to my friends husband this afternoon. Has anyone delt with anything like this and have any advice for them? Is this even a thing? I didn't realize that workers comp would extend to part time babysitters? </p>
