She does a great job though so we typically through in a little more especially on a weekend night when she is high in demand. We want her to come over after we put both girls to sleep...they usually don't wake up until the next morning. (Hopefully, we won't have a 4 month regression!) She can watch TV, study or just chill while we go out for dinner and a movie. </p> <p>I asked her (and SIL) her babysitting rate and they said anything is fine. She is 19, in college and she has experience watching her 3 much younger brothers and cousins.</p> <p>We will probably be gone for 4ish hours...do you think $40 is good or too much? Too little? </p>
