I would put the older one in the back and baby in the front. I put the one in back on first.</p> <p>@PinkElephant: I put the Bjorn on first (without baby in it), then put the Ergo on my back (with a baby), then put second baby in the Bjorn. Took me a few tries but is totally doable!</p> <p>@Blackbird LOL, it actually felt pretty stable!
