Thank you @pachamama and @cake2017 for the encouragement!

I was overwhelmed and discouraged at first but knowing it is possible to overcome, especially after hearing so many testimonials, I've been able to take heart!

It was confusing, too, because our first two weren't extremely difficult to conceive. But it makes sense too with some hindsight.

@cake2017 I ran into Inositol on accident while researching PCOS. It's supposed to help with insulin resistance, and will bring a whole lot of benefits as well besides cycle regulation (thus improved ovarian function). Wishing you luck as well!

I have PCOS and was able to conceive naturally too. I took vitamins, exercised and ate lots of veggies. I’ve never heard of Inositol so I will definitely look into that as well( thanks for sharing!). We are praying for more children too!!!! Good luck!

Sometimes making a plan gives you the boost you need! PCOS is doable, I know tons of ladies who got pregnant with it, some it took a while and some it was easy! Best of luck. It will work out!!

After failing to conceive over the span of two years I've learned that I have PCOS. And after some research we feel confident to move forward again with an actual plan.

I'm going the natural route for now and finally started taking Inositol, along with fish oil and multivitamins with folate. Diet and exercise. DH has also agreed to supplement as well.

I'm excited and hopeful.
