I've had back problems for years, seen physical therapists, doctors, etc, but they keep coming back, especially if I don't keep up with my PT exercises. Well, it's been getting worse for a few days again and last night, started getting muscle spasms in my shoulder/neck again. I'm calling my PT when they open, but has anyone had good luck with anything for back problems? I do ice, and sometimes a heating pad. I went to a chiropractor once and really didn't like it, but I think it was also a personality clash. Luckily I had some heavy duty pain killers left over from my wisdom tooth removal so that helped me sleep last night, but I want it better!

So, any secrets? Has anyone done acupuncture/pressure for back problems? I'm still TTC and in the first half of my cycle, so I'm not concerned about heavy duty drugs at the moment!
