My LO is 4 and a half months old and today is her second day with our full-time nanny share. (I went back to work last week but she spent the first three days home with DH.) she is at the other family's house this week (we alternate) and it is so hard leaving her in the morning. The nanny said she was pretty fussy yesterday afternoon- getting used to a new place and a new caregiver- which breaks my heart. I feel so guilty and sad thinking she is unhappy or feels abandoned.

Those of you WOHMs, please tell me it gets easier (for her and for me)!!
