:( I'm so sorry for you! Maybe you should try to see a chiropractor or massage therapist? When I hurt my back from lifting things awhile back, sleeping on my stomach felt the best. I hope you feel better soon!

So I did something dumb yesterday and threw my back out on the right side. I have spent yesterday afternoon/evening and this morning flat on my back with a heating pad. Last night I couldn't get up off the couch without my husband's help (and lots of tears), and going to the bathroom results in sobbing and cursing. It seems to be the act of sitting down/getting up that is the worst. Any suggestions on how to work on this muscle (or nerve?) I have to catch a coast-to-coast flight for work on Wednesday, so I need to be able to sit without crying by then. Right now I just feel really stupid for having done this to myself. :(
