The food line was indoors but everyone walked through and then returned outside where we had enough tables set up. Also, I took the pre-schoolers out of the kids' favors list and made t-shirts for them instead. That way I had enough kids' favors. Everything really worked out well and very affordable! Also, did you want everyone to eat together at a specific time or are you ok with people eating throughout the event? Are you going to have seating for everyone to eat together? I would at least have enought seating for the children, elderly, and extra seating for parents who need to assist their children with eating. How do you make sure an event flows when it is massively overcrowded? Man, it better not rain. Specifically, I'm concerned with the flow of the food and the fire marshal ;). No but really, the food line.<br /> 70some adults and 40 kids. ANY TIPS? Some of you may have had backyard weddings or bbqs....hoping for some kind of feedback... </p>
