In early pregnancy I would eat and feel like I just blew up with air and it was so uncomfortable. Ginger tea worked beautifully for any of my stomach/ indigestion/ gas issues. I once ate something that had a lot of bean sprouts (cooked, of course) and afterwards thought something had gone horribly wrong. I asked my dr about them, I think around 15 weeks maybe, and she said it's super common and to try to figure out what was triggering them and then stop eating that food.
