Pastry cutter, offset spatula, a brownie spatula, a micro plane for zeating and grinding nutmeg, a French tapered rolling pin, a bench scraper, a flat whisk, a half sheet pan, really nice natural fruit extracts, Callebaut chocolate wafers.

And because I have a cookbook problem, a few more that I really want but don't have yet- Caramel (Carole Bloom), Miette, Tartine, Meringue Girls, Hand Crafted Candy Bars, Trophy Cupcakes and Parties, and Baking Illustrated.

I also have Frostings, as well as Big Fat Cookies, and really like them. :)

I really love having cute spatulas. Cute and useful, always a win for me. :) Same with cute hand towels, oven mitts, etc.

Sticky, Chewy, Messy, Gooey is a great cookbook. I also love Marshmallow Madness for something a little different. The Betty Crocker Cooky Book is good for a more vintage feel if you want to go that route. And I'm not normally a Cake Boss fan, but Baking With the Cake Boss is actually great. Walks you through everything from the very basics all the way to some fancier techniques.

All of those except the Cake Boss are pretty too, so you could easily put together a little basket or something with one of them.

Silicone baking mats and my favorite baking cookbook is Vintage Cakes by Julie Richardson. It has the added bonus of a pretty cover that looks good on my shelf!

Silpat (artisan is a cheaper alternative but works just the same!) and silicone muffin liners! And a cute set of mini baking tools. DD has a toddler sizes rolling pin and silicone spatula she got as a gift. It's the cutest!

I like the cake doctor and your cup of cake for easy baking recipes. A cookie stamp could also be a fun gift - I would not by one for myself but my friend loves using hers to make beautiful sugar cookies and winning one or receiving as a gift would be a treat.

My favorite thing to do is make a bundt cake and put it into a fancy pan by NordicWare. I'd include a can of that baking spray too.

They also have cakelet pans, which are a twist on cupcakes.

Hello, Cupcake! and What's New, Cupcake! are both cute little cookbooks. Bakerella's book is good also.

Cookie cutters, cake decorating bags/tips, different kinds of sprinkles, and different kinds of cupcake liners would all be cute.
