Or one of those citronella spray bark collars (it doesn't shock them). She's so oblivious to it. She's gone to other neighbors with barking dogs and told them to keep their dogs quiet, yet she won't do a thing about hers and sees nothing wrong with it! (Those neighbors actually got rid of their dog because of her)</p> <p>I don't know why I didn't even think of contacting the HOA about it. My mom's neighbor's dogs are constantly barking. Luckily I only have to deal with it when I visit, but I couldn't imagine living like that! I was hoping that I could buy something to that might help to get her dogs to stop barking but I haven't seen anything with great reviews. </p>
