I've never really understood the bassinets since you use them for such a short time. So many people talk about soothing their baby and then having to transition them into the crib and waking them up. I used to sit on the floor and rock the R&amp;P forever until she fell asleep and then just tiptoe away. We ended up moving her into her own room in it to transition her easily too. She slept in it for 5 months. It folds up so you can easily take it to the grandparents or whatever - and it's affordable. I see the bassinet alone on my local Craigslist from time to time. I'm clueless when it comes to bassinets because out of all of our kids, I've never used one! </p> <p>I need your help pretty please :) </p>
