@yoursilverlining: we have the same toys but the sea party version! My LO loves them. We do our best to get all of the water out once bathtime is over. He also loves sucking on the washcloth, and playing with the shampoo bottle and our rubber ducky thermometer.

I plan to buy the foam letters and numbers once he is sitting in the big tub.

DS plays with stacking cups in the bath. I don't worry about him chewing on them. I try not to let him drink the bath water but it just happens sometimes.

I give her the ducks we have because she .likes to reach for things and I like watching her try to move her arms trying to get to them. She does suck on them/chew on them but I'm okay with it. She's not actively drinking the bath water.

Oh Ok. I usually try to stop her or I take the toy away because I just worry about her drinking the bath water, and she has a bath everyday except for friday

We have a bath book and we throw her O-ball in there. She also plays with the rinse cup. She chews on all of it. I don't necessarily like it, but I don't do anything about it either.

MY LO is 6 months old and has this set of animal bath toys:

http://www.amazon.com/Elegant-Baby-Piece-Squirties-Animal/dp/B000G82J3M/ref=sr_1_1?s=toys-and-games&ie=UTF8&qid=1355168261&sr=1-1&keywords=cow

She loves them; and does always put them in her mouth and chews on them most of the bath. When I squirt water at her with them she laughs hysterically. They are a good size for little hands, she likes both grabbing them and kicking at them in the water.

She also likes to play with a washcloth while in the bath and chews on it and sucks the water out of it.

I don’t mind if she drinks some of the bath water or chews on bath toys; we use an extremely gentle soap and I figure if she ingests some it’s ok. Heck, I remember drinking bath water when I was a kid (so I must have been doing it for years prior to that), and I'm fine so I don't worry about it ;-)

I don't really worry about her putting them in her mouth but I don't like her drinking the water.

A lot of squirt toys have an issue with growing mold because they don't completely dry. We have one duck that doesn't squeek so it doesn't get water.

We also have foam letters that don't hold much water/soap so she can put those in her mouth.

How old is your LO and What bath toys do you have? Does your LO put toys in their mouth a lot during the bath and does this bother you?
My LO has a terry duck that came with a towel set and one other cup toy. I just bought this garanimals bath ball because she always wants to play with something but I dont like her licking or sucking bath toys because they get soap on them
