DS gets eczema from food allergies and the pedi just said to bathe in clear water (no soap) when it flares up. How sad! </p> <p>I bathe my 13-month-old two or three times a week, and he thinks it's a HUGE treat to play with his ducks. He gets so excited when he hears the water running! Sometimes though we just use water, no soap. She has a few dry patches so I'm hoping not using soap all the time will help. I would def bathe him less too<br /> And probably just wipe down his diaper area, face and hands nightly. Also did they mention Aveeno oatmeal bath? The doc (not our normal doc) scolded us for doing every night. But we definitely let him play because he loves it and it wouldn't be unusual for him to spend an hour. The water gets chilly and he doesn't seem to care!
