I found mine at goodwill, this is a poshmark listing. It is as warm as a sweatshirt, and made from sweatshirt material, but it looks nice because it is a cardigan cut. You could add buttons/belt/snaps to it. It does have pockets for a phone. I wear my robe (a lightweight waffle weave) all the time for the same reasons. We are in FL so I can't do anything that's actually 'warm' but we do keep the AC low so it's nice to have the layer, even if it's light.
