I don't know if it would help, but my kids love when I jump in the bathtub with them! With DD, I stopped using the infant tub at 3 months, and just got in with her every night after that (which she LOVED!). Now that we have DS, too, all three of us get in on the days I do bedtime alone. Everyone has a great time!

LO has always loved bathtime and we make it part of her bedtime routine. She is 7.5 months now and has started kicking pretty hard in the bath and splashing water all over. We had her in a baby tub that we have on top of the bathroom counter.

Well I bought one of those inflatable transition tubs that you put in the regular bathtub...she started crying and would not stop. My LO is a typical "easy baby" and almost never cries...but she hated the tub and cried through her entire bath...even her bath toys could not distract/comfort her.

I'm going to put her plastic tub in the tub tonight and see how t goes tonight. Did anyone else have a hard time transitioning LO to the big tub for baths?!?!
