They are SO awesome. I live in far West Texas (350 miles away), but my mom goes and they have the best customer service by far. She got my stroller there for me and they had to special order it, they rushed it for free so it would be there in time for my shower. She had me use the one on my phone, but when I realized I couldn't use it since I had redeemed it a few weeks ago, she forwarded me an email, and it then emailed me a 20% off coupon. My mom was with me and she did the text 20% off on her phone, and they applied them BOTH to the glider. Awesome!
